Components: Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Inbound Call Termination, Outbound Call Termination **Status:** Resolved **Identified:** 08:43 BST **Resolved:** 12:27 BST We identified an issue affecting Microsoft Teams Direct Routing services, where a proportion of inbound and outbound calls were intermittently failing to connect. Calls that connected successfully were unaffected. Our engineers identified the cause as an issue affecting secure connectivity between our platform and Microsoft's Teams infrastructure and applied a fix at 12:27, at which point service was fully restored. We have since verified that all call traffic is completing normally and will continue to monitor closely. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
