Components: Outbound Call Termination Window: 2026-07-08T20:00:00+00:00 → 2026-07-08T21:00:00+00:00 ## What's changing An update to SIP header formatting between Fuse 2 SBCs and our carrier interconnects. ## Why Formatting adjustments have been requested by one of our interconnect partners; upon review and testing we have prepared the new logic to meet this requirement. ## Expected impact - Affected services: Outbound Calling - Expected disruption: Minimal/None — some outbound calls may be briefly affected during the change - Fallback behaviour during the window: Revert to previous call routing logic. ## Action required **No action required from customers.** ## Contact Questions?
