Components: Inbound Call Termination, Outbound Call Termination Window: 2026-07-21T20:00:00+00:00 → 2026-07-21T22:00:00+00:00 On Tuesday 21st July from 21:00, we will be continuing our work installing new network switching equipment at one of our datacentres. This new hardware will improve the resilience of our network by enabling better control traffic routing between our DC sites over our secondary network path. As part of this work, a network link between our Manchester sites will be briefly taken out of service during the installation. This link currently operates as a backup route and is not carrying live customer traffic, so no impact to services is expected.
