BT - Migration of IP Exchange Service

Components: Inbound Call Termination, Outbound Call Termination Window: 2026-08-25T05:00:00+00:00 → 2026-08-25T17:00:00+00:00 BT are conducting migration work, to move call traffic from their older SDIN platform, to Orion, their new fully supported infrastructure. During this period, we expect no impact to call traffic - as our routes to BT are resilient by design. Outbound traffic will route to other carriers if failures are seen. If customers experience call failures during this period, please raise a ticket to [email protected] for immediate investigation.
