Components: Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, SIP Trunks - IP Auth, Inbound Call Termination, Outbound Call Termination, SIP Trunks - SIP Registration Window: 2026-08-18T20:00:00+00:00 → 2026-08-18T21:00:00+00:00 Fuse 2 will be introducing additional connectivity between our live Manchester DC and new Manchester DC. No impact to service is expected during this window, additional monitoring will be carried out throughout the change.
