    September 30, 2026 12:50PM UTC Investigating - We are aware of issues affecting the hosted Halo solution for customers hosted on EU-STABLE3 and are currently investigating. Updates will follow shortly once we have more information. September 30, 2026 1:04PM UTC Monitoring - A fix is now in place and affected customers should see normal service return to their instances. We will continue to monitor the situation to evaluate if any further action is required.
